Dr. John E. Taylor

Our veterinarian Dr. Taylor has owned and operated Pet First Animal Hospital since August 2002.  

Dr. Taylor was born and raised in rural Plant City, FL. and always knew he wanted to be a veterinarian.  He grew up an Eagle Scout and a freshwater fisherman.

He received his B.A. in Chemistry from the University of South Florida in 1985 and his D.V.M from the University of Florida in 1990. His special veterinary interests include dermatology, gastroenterology, and urology.     

Dr. Taylor is much beloved by staff and clients alike.  He receives many word-of-mouth referrals and his ratings are exemplary.
